Mary

Office Manager

Mary joined our team in March 2025, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in the dental field. When Mary was young, her mother went to a PTA meeting where a pediatric dentist spoke. The next day, Mary fell and broke her permanent tooth, so her mother called that dentist up and he was amazing. Mary became fascinated with dentistry, went to work for that same dentist 10 years later and has been in dentistry ever since.

Mary has the pleasure of being the "face" of our office. She is a customer service expert and enjoys making our patients comfortable. She is confident, knowledgeable and efficient in all aspects of dentistry, from giving patients clear treatment plans to explaining procedures and benefits so there are no surprises. She is committed to patient satisfaction. Mary loves our patients and the vibe of our office, and enjoys being able to stand behind the work that we do. She also loves working with Dr. Molin, who is clinically meticulous and a true artist that is passionate and dedicated.

Mary is a past recipient of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) Office Manager of the Year award. She has completed hundreds of classes on management, scheduling, insurance and patient care – she is always willing to learn and describes herself as "a student every day." She wants to educate every human on an often overlooked topic: the mouth/body connection. Oral health affects your heart, brain and gut health, and if you have an infection in your mouth, you have an infection in your body.

Outside the office, Mary has been a stand-up comedian for over 15 years. Her radio show, Fresh Start, airs every Sunday and speaks to the importance of starting over, second chances and new beginnings.

Sheryl

Dental Hygienist

Sheryl attended Rutgers University for a year before ending a radiology program with Christ Hospital in Jersey City, NJ. She completed her Radiology certification in 2008 and worked as an X-ray and CT technologist at a level I trauma center in New York for six years before ending the Dental Hygiene Associates program at Middlesex County College in 2012. She graduated with honors in 2014, and joined our team in 2025.

Sheryl enjoys being part of a team that truly cares about their patients and where the collective goal is to provide a high standard of care while ensuring patients feel comfortable. Every member of our team, especially Dr. Molin, is very kind and provides a great balance of professionalism and personable care.

Sheryl's experience of working in radiology and of being a dental hygienist for 11+ years has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of healthcare and patient needs. She is committed to promoting oral health as it relates to overall systemic health though education and prevention. Her personal goal is to provide effective care and a positive patient experience, with the goal to empower her patients and help them be confident in achieving and maintaining oral health.

Sheryl is married and has two daughters as well as a mini pinscher chihuahua mix dog. When not in the office, Sheryl enjoys creating things and doing arts and crafts with her daughters. As a family, they also enjoy fishing and biking in the summer.

Carin

Registered Dental Assistant

Carin is a registered (RDA) and expanded functions (EFDA) credentialed dental assistant with over 18 years of experience in the dental field. She is licensed in dental radiography and certified in infection control and CPR. Carin joined our team in 2019, and has a strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Carin's favorite part of our practice is the sense of home it brings – a place where compassion, teamwork and meaningful relationships with patients make every day rewarding. She works hard to help create a welcoming, family-friendly environment while also ensuring that clinical procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Carin's attention to detail, commitment to proper protocols and team-first approach help each patient who visits us feel comfortable, cared for and right at home.

Carin is deeply grateful for her large, close-knit family, and for her unbreakable bond with her mother, whose love and support mean the world to her. She cherishes every moment with her daughter, whose bright spirit, laughter and loving heart are her greatest inspiration. In her free time, Carin serves as a PTA committee leader and a Girl Scout leader, and can often be found cheering on the sidelines as a dedicated cheer, basketball and tennis mom. She enjoys making memories with her family and friends, dancing, exploring fine dining or unwinding on the couch with a great series.

Danielle

Dental Assistant

Danielle joined our team in March 2026. She is a 2025 graduate with a degree in finance and is currently preparing to attend Clemson University dental school in fall 2027.

Danielle loves the fun-loving, positive and supportive environment at VIP Smiles By Dr. Julie Molin, and enjoys learning from the amazing women of VIP Smiles every day. She helps facilitate practice flow and assists Dr. Molin in restorative and hygiene procedures.

Outside the office, Danielle loves to stay active with Pilates, long walks and time at the beach. She also has a passion for travel.
